  The hotel is in the best location in the city right at the hot springs and the colonnades. They have their own massage facility and you get a discount on the famous spa castle. The receptionists were very professional and switched on. Once you ask them about anything, they would promptly get you the best solution. They also let us keep ourparking and put our luggage in the baggage room after check out so wehad additional time in wonderful Karlovy Vary.

  Absolutely perfect location, right in the centre in Karlovy Vary. Every single staff member we talked to was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our car was parked by the staff somewhere nearby, and it was returned with the windscreen cleaned, a nice detail. We had dinner in the hotel's gourmet restaurant and it was a wonderful ex - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at hotel Promenada. The rooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help, the hotel restaurant had delicious food and great service. This hotel is located right across the street from the main springs buidling, and on the main city street, a few yards walk to many restaurants, shops and other city attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to get the most from their Karlovy Vary experience.

  Great views . If you have car, can park it near the chalet . Karlovy Vary center just 5 min. downhill by car. Clean chalet with small refrigarator, electric stove and all kitchen-ware . We were in the middle oktober , so it was chilly outside. They provide us a heater for 4 euro per day. It is enough to feel comfortabe inside.
