The whole pension is very clean and safe. The lady owner of the pension is very friendly and definitely very generous with the breakfast. With just the 2 of us, the breakfast provided is good enough to feed a family of 4. The pension is just a few steps away from the castle. Along the street, there are a number of restaurants. Spacious room. Two sides with windows to provide great brightness. Wood floor is very comfortable to step on. Baby bed is kindly prepared. Kind instruction by the staff to unload our luggage and park our car at the right place. Great location in the city center, very close to all attractions. We enjoyed our stay at U Zamku very much. Petr was a most welcoming and friendly host, helping with parking on arrival and numerous other things during our stay. He even posted a tripod stand, which we had left behind, to our next hotel. The location is wonderful, right under the castle, the room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfasts very good. This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful little old city. Nice location with easy access by car. Our room was wonderful at a great price. We were offered free coffee on a nice backyard terrace when we arrived . On-site parking (no charge) was a big plus for this city. The owners were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was ample and tasty. There is not always someone at the front desk but they will quickly respond to the "Reception" call button on the outside entrance.
