When we arrived at the apartment the owner was waiting for us and was very friendly with very good English. He told us that he had upgraded us to a double room with a private ensuite (we have booked a double with shared bathroom) so this was a nice surprise. The apartment was in a great location right in the hustle and bustle of the old town, it was very clean, comfortable and great value for money. Great Location, exellent host. Room is very nice and clean. The bathroom is ok, for more hot water is needed to turn on the boiler. The internet is free, little slow, but it works. Everything is very close, about 5 min of walk. Absolutely recommended. Great acomodation for that price!.
Very nice reception. Room premium with the view on the forum is tiny but really comfortable and view is magic!
In the heart of the old city of zadar but great isolation & AC give you a good sleep.

Excellent location! Good Air-condition! restaurants and supermarkets are easily reached as Zadar City Centre is really small. Facilities are good. Fair price, best to stay for 1 to 4 days.
Although the room was nice, amenities were very basic.
There's a bar just under the apartment, so it's quite noisy during the night, and the lack of an A/C.
hot water ran out quite fast.
There is no reception as it is an apartment. The staff would wait at the room so they need to know the time of you arrival. However, I told the staff I would arrive around 14:00 to 16:00, and no one was there at 14:00, We have to call the staff number which put on the door, and the staff came after 20 mins. I ordered a double room but they only gave me a twin room.
No wifi unless you can catch the public Zadar network (which you cannot from the apartment).
