Everything. Everything was absolutely perfect. We'd been travelling for about a month and had stayed in a variety of different accommodation up until this point - but this was easily our favourite. First rate facilities in a lovely apartment filled with top of the range gear - air con, 3 massive flat-screens, leather sofas, a modern fridge with an ice dispenser!! The flat was a beautiful surprise! Stunning views on the seaside from all bedrooms, excellent location in the centre of Zadar, very spacious (we were 5 ) and stylishly furnished. Very well equipped, with everything you need. Very nice communications with the hosts, who even made the effort to send us an info package with a detailed map on all activities in Zadar. All in all, great value for money!.
The bedrooms and beds were lovely. Air conditioning in each room was a treat after the last appartment we stayed in! Location was amazing-right next to the Sea Organ and the Old Town. The staff were very helpful and sweet. Huge TVs!.

The flat is located on the 3rd floor with no lift: it might be a problem for people with mobility issues. For us, it was just extra exercise to burn off all that delicious Croatian food :).
The sofa bed in the lounge (we booked to sleep 6 adults) was not suitable for adults as it caved in the middle and was very uncomfortable. Fine for children though, I would imagine. The Wifi kept dropping off too and we had to keep re-setting it. The flat is on the 4th floor with no lift so not suitable for those with mobility issues.
