Fantastic location in the middle of the Old Town. Situated next to a small food store and a restaurant.
The apartment is truly unique and very charming. The condition is excellent and the renovation is done with care. I would rent it again if a went back to Rovinj.

The top floor 4th lacks aircondition and is much smaller then the other three floor as the roof isn't flat.
Some noice from the nearby restaurant.
The parking place is a bit remote as thee are no parking places at all in the olf city.
Very steep stairs would be difficult/worrisome for young children. Would have appreciated beach towels since we were backpacking.
