You will be contacted by the property to arrange deposit payment via bank transfer. Transfers are available to and from Rarotonga International Airport. These are charged NZD35.00 per person, each way. Please inform Villa Maria in advance if you want to use this service, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. The NZD $500 security deposit is fully refundable up to 1 week after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please inform Villa Maria in advance of your expected arrival time.
