Their staff was super friendly and helpful in our needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was fairly large and very clean. It was clean and the rooms were modern. la amabilidad de conserjeria. The bed was uncomfortable and I thought there would be a comforter because of the pictures and it was just a simple blanket. There is a place for dancing nearby with loud music at night. Although I was able to sleel through it,other travelers might find this disconcerting. I learned through friends in Medellin that this hotel is called a "Motel Hotel" because it caters to young people looking to book it in three hour segments for romantic trysts. This did not bother me,but I would not recommend it for families because they show porno on the cable TV for free.
