The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room was comfortable. AC worked well, WiFi was good. It has a good design. The hostel is lovely but it's really far from the city. The neighborhood was reportedly dangerous at night. We eventually were accepted, but the folks in this neighborhood might resent tourists--it appears that the big-bucks hotels/resorts are pushing the residents further and further north. It was difficult to find a place for dinner within walking distance. One other dislike: instant coffee!.
