Good location, friendly staff responded quick to requests. Electronic Safe in room. Key card access to hotel. Great views from lobby and pool area. Close to beach, and restaurants. Good wifi connection in room and throughout hotel. DirecTv, but no HD channels. relaxing in the rooftop swimming pool after a day of walking/sightseeing. clean room with modern funishing. good location. nice restaurants nearby. the breakfast staff were very friendly.

Nice view from the lobby during breakfast. The design of the hotel is very nice with the lobby and pool on the top floors of the building that offer a nice view of the city. The location is also very good. The hotel is very new and still finding it's feet. Rooms were well appointed and bathroom was very nice. Was very good value for money. Breakfast was ok. Very new. Same boring breakfast every day. Hotel being built across the street, may cause noise. reception at level 16, difficult to access, also very slow in checking you in. Lack of fridges in the bedrooms, and boring breakfast if you stay longer than a couple of days. There was a damage on the AC and water was dripping from the vents. One day they did not clean our room. Nothing really. Rooftop pool only open until 5pm and insufficient shade provided. Breakfast was included in the stay but; choices were limited. There is no poolside bar. the 16% tax levied. The personel of the reception... they need to improve their simpaty!!. Missed more wholefood at the breakfast buffet. Tiny fridge in the room, to keep drinks cold. The breakfast was kind of lacking. the streets are full of people trying to sell you things. Basic breakfast. Music was too loud in the rooftop pool area. Three treadmill's and one bench press doesn't warrant the word GYM. I have never had so much trouble with door key cards before. After each use we had to get the card re activated. Internet - If Jaun Valdez coffee shops can provide free and easy internet access without a password surely Hampton Hilton (cough cough) can. Overall not really what I expected. No fridge in the room, no restaurant other than breakfast. Breakfast was the same everyday, not much variety and there isn't enough staff to keep the dinning clean and that gives a bad aspect to the lobby. Too expensive for its value. room service. Breakfast never changes. The lobby at the 16 th. floor!!! AND nobody to take care of our luggages. Not even a cart to carry them all to the lobby, then to our room!. Before making a local call, I contacted the office to find out if there was a cost and I was told they were free. When I checked out I was told that there was an additional $6.00 charge. I informed the manager and he told me that because I called cell phones there was a charge. This was not explained to me, initially. That was my only, only, dislike. Little noisy due to construction works next door. Breakfast very poor, not even ham is available!. didnt like no room service. No carry for the baggages, not very gently staff, delay in check in because of only one person in staff. Too impersonal, basic breakfast. There was nothing to dislike. Pool was closed on Tuesday without any notice in advance and breakfast included in the rate was very poor. Despite being a foreigner, the hotel charged vat (16%), nevertheless I understood it applies just for Colombian citizens or stay for over 60 days. Finally, the hotel is new and the personnel need more training and experience, despite being very kind. There is no fridge in the bedroom so you have to buy everything in the lobby. Wi-fi sometimes is tricky in the bedroom, it didn`t work in my Samsung, I had to go to the lobby. Terrible customer services. Having a fridge on the room at the Caribbean is a must, not an option. Cold water when the outdoors temprature is 40c is not optional. Weak air conditioning. And the staff is just terrible. Never going back. Roof top with pool very NOISY because of the air conditioning extraction and the Sheraton construction next door... So the music is very loud!. no mini bar rooms are rather small. Pay all at front. very dusty smell in the room, eith from new build or air con filters need cleaning.
