  The staff at This Old Place Hostel are amazing, they went out of their way to help us. Before we arrived they emailed us details of how to get to the hostel, upon arrival they explained various trips we could do independently and with bamboo boat ( which are actually PVC - we do not recommend waste of money ) We left a clock in our room and Maya o... mitä ihmiset sanovat » rganised to deliver it to the bus station and have it delivered to us by the bus driver to the bus station in Yangshuo, thankyou again Maya. The hoste - This hotel is awesome! Theres a lot of hiking and biking in this town,its quiet and they have many types of food from western to chinese,if they ask you choose the old building its way better than the new one,the only thing is that they dont have big beds but trust me its better,you can ask the to show you the rooms so you can decide,remember that tis hotel is not in Yangshuo! Its in a small town called Xingping,and its way better to stay here and enjoy more the authentic china and one day just

  The hostel is really well located, in the center of Yangshuo City, near lots of restaurants, stores, travel agencies, and also near to the bus station. The hostel also is very new, the furniture smalls wood, the decoration of each space is very beautiful and interesting! This is the best hostel I had been lived during my trips around China!!! - Clean and comfortable. Chilled, helpful staff. Beautiful view from the terrace. Good breakfast. Quiet and relaxed, not a noisy backpacker place when we were there. Good central location for bars and restaurants. Hired bikes for the day for £1 each and they were fine if basic.

  The location is amazing, outside of the hustle and bustle of the city centre, in the middle of the countryside. This is a place where you can definitely relax after a long trip and feel the silence around you! The staff speak English very well and offer information about different possibilities to enjoy in your leisure time. The food is cooked in the hotel in front of The Cosy Gar - This place is lovely and very laid back. Its true that it takes a bit to get there from Yangshuo town, but the walk/ride is worth it. Its a quiet and safe place to stay and one of the best experiences I had while travelling China, at a very reasonable price! My room was big, clean and had everything I needed. The food you can eat at the hostel is great, too. The best thing about this place is the crew of the hostel. They arranged several trips for me, answered questions and were incredibly nice
