The room itself was great. Comfortable bed, great water pressure in the
shower. Nice view. It has Cable tv but I couldn't find any non-
Mandarin channels. When the subway is completed it will be a handy
location but a bit out of the way at the moment. Short walk from Dongmen
(East Gate).
I really liked this place. Nice location - 5min walk to the bus, 1 bus stop to the city wall, food stalls very close, food way cheaper than inside the walls. Hot water, good water pressure, wi-fi, clean. Nice and charming staff, even they were trying to speak simple English:). kaikki arvostelut »
Nice clean and comfy rooms; especially for the price! Easy distance to the wall. Charming staff and although some communication troubles they at least try!.
Cheap and comfortable room, location is good, close to a main bus stop, staff speak english.
Clean room, crisp white sheets, friendly neighbourhood.

It was really difficult to find. My advice is to call the hotel
reception desk when you are downstairs and wait for them to collect
you. Not a standard hotel in having street frontage but part of an
apartment building.
It is true that hotel is not easy to find. So according to somebody's advice we called the day before - in order to confirm our stay and ask for details. With the explanation -we had no problems at all.
Only real problem was finding it because there are no signs and the locals didn't seem to know of it neither. One other slight problem was that my girlfriend had to watch me make dump because the toilet wall is see through :(.
Little bit difficult to find, is on one of the floors of a large apartment block, little signage.
Outside the city walls and staff had hardly any english, very friendly but you needed to have your own tourist book to know where to go.
Very difficult to find, we were lucky to meet a member of the staff by chance in the street who showed us were the hotel was because we wound'nt have been able to find it ourselves.
