  I would most definitely recommend these apartments. They are in a fantastic location, are clean and very comfortable. The staff was helpful and most spoke some english. The apartments were a little deceiving before we arrived and we definitely got much more than what we were expecting. In reality, you are getting an apartment with two full bathrooms, a full kitchen with dish - Excellent on all counts. Staff, rooms, gym, comfort, location...everything is perfect. The ladies at the front desk are really nice. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was larger than advertised. The view of the city was wonderful. I felt safe and protected in the building, never seen so many cameras in any building before. The internet was really fast and reliable the entire time I was there. I will definitely come back there again when I am in Shanghai. 10/10

  I loved the size of the room. 52sq. Meters. The bed was huge, which was great for us as the whole family fitted in. Sherpa's deliver there. A big plus for us as we can't go out with the children to eat in the evening. Their own restaurant was being renovated so breakfast was served in the adjoining cafe. The staff spoke great English and were always polite and - A truely different place.My room was spacious and clean. The service without a fault, the internet reliable and fast. I think we were the first to rent it. Everyday they have a person to clean the room and change towels. They speak english and helped us with everything we needed. Even though a little further out of the central city very easy and inexpensive getting around to all the sights. Very friendly and helpful staff. Richard was particularly helpful and spoke good English. We were even upgraded from a studio unit to 1 bedroom unit at no extra charge. Rooms very spacious, even with 2 adults
