Staff is very friendly and helpful and speaks well English. Room is clean, beds were very comfortable and minibar was filled up every day.   Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was so spacious. The shower was huge and had fantastic water pressure. - Loved the big comfy bed, it was close to the main train station for our departure and the breakfast was superb.

  Nice hotel with good rooms and good beds. Very good to stay at if you are planning to fly the next morning. The free shutte bus will just take 5 minutes to the airport. In some way you get the feeling that this hotel has an American or European manager. It is the only hotel I have been to in China that is running like a normal western hotel. Room was very comfortable and well kitted out with kettle and variety of toiletries. There is a treadmill on site, free and fast Internet, and free shuttle that goes to the airport regularly. Lifts are very quick despite 9 floors of rooms. Doormen are excellent at helping ith cabs if you can't speak Chinese.
