Not everyone in the staff speaked English, but they were helpful. Facilities are minimal but clean and comfort enough for just a sleep. Only 30 metres to Nanjing Pesdestrain Walk and Bus stop for City Sightseeing Bus which will bring you around Shanghai City for 30RMB. The Bund is nearby within walking distance.
