Nanjing Lukou International Airport is 35 km away. The spacious rooms at Jinling have modern furnishings and large windows that offer views of the city. Some rooms are set in the Asia Pacific Tower opened in July 2014. Each well-appointed room is fitted with a flat-screen cable TV and safety deposit box. Recreation choices include working out at the fitness centre, or enjoying a relaxing body massage at the spa. For convenience, the hotel also provides conference rooms and small meeting rooms covering a total of 4,000 square metres. Dining highlights include Western and Asian buffets, Italian fare at Pacific Bar. At Sky Palace, panoramic city views accompany a variety of Chinese and International dishes.

During our stay my wife needed medical attention. We spoke to anne wang and we cannot praise her highly enough as far as the attention she gave us. We were also assisted by eric lee, who took my wife to the hospital and did all he possibly could to help us. Both of these people need recognition for the exceptional way they deal with the guests. We stayed at a number of hotels during this trip but the jingling hotel stands out in our memory as one of the best hotels we stayed at due to these two.

All the staff was more than helpful, especially Mr. Derek Xu at the front desk, upgrading our room and allowing our same rate for a couple extra nights stay. The entire hotel including our room was spotless. And even the included breakfast (vast selection) was quite delish. 10/10!. The hotel is very well-kept and very clean, both in the rooms and throughout the hotel. The location is ideal, close to many restaurants and the main shopping area in the city, and is right in front of a major interchange metro station. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was my first time in Nanjing, and the staff were very helpful. One staff member, Ada Huang, helped me to plan where to visit in Nanjing during my stay, advising me on the best places, and the best times to visit them. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone. Very good location, near the shopping area, in downtown Nanjing. The reception area smells nice, breakfast is rich and satisfying. Very close to both subway lines. Comfortable room and bathroom. The Lobby space and breakfast area (on 1st floor) are very good. Location is also good with subway very close. Very nice staff with good English understanding (fluently I can say). Staff were excellent and very polite and helpful I will be returning and i will reccomend to others who visit Nanjing whether on Business or visiting for holidays. the customer approach is defintely 5 star. the staff makes you feel special. the public areas of the hotel are nicely decorated. rooms are well sound-proof. Both the Chinese and Western dishes did resemble what they're supposed to resemble, the flavours and textures of the food were just plain unusual. Not necessarily bad, but not exactly what you'd expect. Even the Chinese selection was not particularly good. I had no problems with the hotel. The staff has a hard time to hail or call a taxi. I tried twice. I had to give up: old, shabby, very small taxis, my luggage did not fit in at all. The hotel is not a 5 star by all means. They claim 250 euros deposit for a one night stay. The furniture is obsolete. The bedrooms - disapointement here. Too small and a bit old. Not a 5 stars definitivelly. I did expected much more on room conditions from the comments on the letsbookhotel.com. the room furniture is getting a little old fashioned, the bath room is small. I had to take breakfast in a different room tha the normal breakfast room with a group from a seminar on big round tables. That took away a lot of the classy atmosphere I had felt before. Not a major thing but something that should not happen in a hotel like this. I hope it was exceptional. The room is not sound proof maybe because it is a quite old building. Lack of information, written, available for tourists. Lack of local eating options (fast food outlets seem to be the thing!) although this isn't the hotels fault... More local property management. Can't think of. When we arrived, one staff told us there 's no king-bed for what we booked, and he said upgraded our room, but after we checked the "upgraded" room, it is totally the same as what we booked...it is the second time we come, but this time was disappointed. Nowadays it's required to print out boarding passes and the only place to do that in Jinling was the Business Centre where you had to pay for each print out. They cost is small but it's inconvenient. 我觉得设施有的地方会比较陈旧，比如说空调。还有就是不喜欢床头的音响总在单曲循环。. This is the problem with all hotels I stayed in China: no-smoking rooms still smell of smoke, especially at night. Nothing. personal of ticket office were not helpful and hasty. Some employee is unkind. hard to park the car. To much noise in side hotel, not from outside!!!. room size and basic setting. Noisy from neighbouring construction sites. Nothing. It doesn't give feeling as 5 starts hotel. Breakfast food is so so. Old facilities needs to upgrade it.
