  the staff and the comfort. it was by far the nicest hotel i stayed at since in China. the location is good too - close to the Islamic quater and the Bell and Drum tower. I would recommend it to anyone who cares about comfort and is ready to pay a little extra for comfy beds, fast internet and great room service. The rooms are designed very well, its style is connected with the history of the building. Beds very comfortable, room and bathroom very clean. The location is excellent -- one can walk to most of the sites within old city walls comfortably (e.g., the walk to the Southern entrance to the city wall is around 30 minutes).
