  We stayed for 5 nights from March 28 to April 2. They granted us all our requests: big carpeted room with king-sized bed and nice view. Thanks Ms Jenny of reservations whom I had been coordinating with via email! The hotel is very near the Chongwenmen subway station (lines 2 & 5). The hotel is also directly connected to New Worl - The staff, especially Julia, was quick to respond to our needs and complaints. Two of the staff members accompanied me to the nearby hospital at night to help me with the communication and to support me.
