The breakfast was exellent in all respect. The interior of the rooms and lobby were more than our expectations. The help by the concierge and bell boy was wonderful. They arranged our city tour which was memorable. They helped writing in Chinese language for our taxi journey. We will cherish our 3 days stay for ever.

There's also a laundry room with washing powder provided. As mentioned by another reviewer, the free flow drinks and cakes at the lobby is great feature.

We explained to reception our complaints and asked for room change. But unfortunately all same level rooms were occupied.
