They can provide you only few additoonal information regarding how to rent bicycles, going to local traditional restaurants, activities and so on only because of their poor English. If you can speak/understand a little Chinese they can give you good advice.   Rooms are clean, spacious, well designed. Beds are comfortable. The hotel has just been renovated, it has a country feel with wooden floors. Great location for West Lake. 10 minute walk. - The location was great - 10 min walk or 3 min bike ride away from the west lake. The service was good too and the hotel owners were really nice.

We will recommend to all my friend n definitely wld love to comeback again.
