excellent service, staff really went the extra mile. Swimming pool was good- a decent sized pool with lanes, and there were also kids pools. hot pool looked dirty, but it might have just been the spring water because we saw them cleaning it while we were there. Room was good, even though there was some confusion about whether we wanted a double room or twin. We ended up having to pay extra to get a room with a double bed. Would pay to specify that in your booking. bus stop right outside, and wa.
