The location.The nice view from window. The bed is like a piece of rock.The huge coackroach in the balcony. The smaller coakroaches inside the room. The little black boxes in every corner of the room to trap coakroaches. The huge amount of dust under the bed. Very inconvenient to go up to 16th floor long wait. i cancelled my 2nd night and change to a place that was way cleaner...
