  I stayed 2 times at this beautiful hotel already (each time several days) and I will return to it when I'm back in Beijing. The rooms are lovely decorated with traditional Chinese furniture and the staff is just absolutely great : always smiling and ready to help with any questions you have! For one week I got to feel like a real Beijinger living in the Hutong (albeit a fancy Hutong) and see the culture in a way that is impossible for a tour group staying in a fancy hotel.   It's a very Western Hotel. Very good english skills, very good breakfast and good comfort and service. We live in China, Tianjin and go often to Beijing for a weekend it's hard to find a Western Hotel with value for money.We have tryed a lot of different hotels but this is one of the best.   I absolutely loved this hotel. All the staff made me feel so welcome.They made me feel like family. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is about a 4 minute walk from the Drum and Bell Tower. Ho Hai Park and Behai Park are also pretty close by. It is situated in surrounded by restaurants, hutongs and lots of sights!
