Transport was excellent. Nearest Subway line was about 10 minute walk.Taxi always available in the area. Great Coffee Shop and restaurantswere also about 5-10 min walk. Staff friendly and very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. All the staffs were very nice, and always welcomed all the questions and concerns no matter what time it is, and so quick to solve problems. The place and facility is almost same as house - with desk, proper chair, closet, kitchen, laudry machine, sofa, tv, telephone(free!), etc. And everything is clean and new.kaikki arvostelut »
The management really went out of their way to help and assist at every available opportunity (using excellent English). Being our first visit to Beijing this was of great benefit. Also the apartments are very centrally located and spacious. We`ll certainly be returning. Made to feel very very welcome. Excellent friendly and helpful service given throughout my stay. Would definitely recommend because of courtesy and obvious willingness to help. (It is nota hotel but the staff can be contacted by telephone at any time.). the services given by the staff were excellent. Staff speaks good English. The room was clean and modern with all amenities available.Very nice apartment. It was cousy, there was a big tv and fresh, clean water for drinking. The cleaning lady did good work, she did even the dishes. The staff was nice and luckily English speaking (one of the ladies spoke very good English, with the other one we couldn't arrange our things but we could have small chats). staffs are really friendly and helpful, room is clean and location is convenient, about 5 minutes walk to the nearest subway and shopping mall.very spacious. lucky that no need to share with other tourists. The staff who run the apartments try hard.The location is fine, but not super close to the main attractions considering the traffic jam in Beijing, although the bus connection is good. Because the new metro line will be completed soon, it will be much better in a few months. It was a little far from the city centre but the underground is close tothe apartment and it is easy to use.We could have needed some more things in the kitchen (for ex. we had only one pan and no sharp kitchen knife). On the hotel website there were some estimations about distances; to the Silk Market it was supposed to be 15 minutes walk, it takes 50 minutes. Some things we're not situated so close as we were informed. The service wasn't always so fast, even though in the end the things got done. bed sheets and pillow cases a bit old.Nothing like what we expected ie a middle class 3 bedroom apartment in adecent area of beijing. Real backpacker stuff , apartment which we paidpremium price for even noting it was Olympic time did not have ourrequested number of beds and a mattress had to go on floor. Essentiallythis is a Chinese occupied unit that they must have moved out to rent tous. Inside a huge very chinese compound.
