The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Bellavista area nightlife and dining, and about a 15 minute walk to the metro. The neighborhood is safe and clean. We enjoyed our 4 day stay there.The apt. was comfortable and tidy, and the staff were very friendy and helpful. I wil stay there again the next time I visit Santiago. -

Apartments are scattered throughout a four tower residential condominium complex in downtown Santiago so good location and good security. Good WiFi and tv reception. Well sound proofed from street noise though neighbours had yapping dogs and crying babies. Minimal kitchen equipment but full size oven, gas hob, microwave and huge fridge. Has a distinctive identity and stands out, in a quiet, safe and lovely neighborhood. Can walk to most of the places of interest and spots in town, if one has the aptitude.
Almenas is a nice cosy home/hostel, comfortable place to sleep in and a clean complete private bath (have to opt for it though).
The staff is professional and courteous. And yes, Wi-fi is available and works very well. Breakfast was simple but sufficient as one would eat at home.

Everything was great... best accommodation of our whole 8 week holiday. Very helpful fluent English speaking staff. Our apartment on the 21st floor had an amazing view over Santa Lucia Park and the city and Andes, everything was just exactly how it was advertised and better. Great central location to everything, roof top pool, spotlessly clean. Recommend this place to everyone.

Having Santiago be my first port of call in South America as a stopover,
and as a solo female traveller, I was praying it was safe, easy to get
to from the airport and the staff spoke reasonable English (for my
Spanish is poor). I was delighted to find ChileApart was all of the
above. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very
stylish and although small, had everything you could possibly need.
