  Excellent location; safe and friendly area; spotless, well maintained, elegant classic decor; lovely bedding; indoor pool and lounge area was so great--especially if guests need a place to relax while waiting for a late evening flight; excellent value; fabulous buffet brunch was great. Good pricing. Seating area in lobby is attractive.

  I do not know where to begin. Our stay at the Ritz, Santiago was absolutely fabulous. The minute we arrived, we were wonderfully greeted by David. He was so helpful throughout our stay. We also cannot say enough about Enrique at the hotel check-in and Michael and Marco at the Club Lounge. Our room was comfortable and clean. Do try the hotel's Clu... mitä ihmiset sanovat » b Lounge. It does cost extra, but it is well worth it. The food presentations in the Club Lounge from breakfast to lunch, snacks, hors d'oeuvres and c - The hotel is well located in the center of Santiago. The reception of the hotel is so kind that he offered us a upgrade of our room to executive suit.
