  This is a 5 star hotel maybe not quite 5 stars compared to some others but nonetheless it was very lovely. Rooms were well appointed and cleaned everyday. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant was also very nice.   I'm very satisfied with the letsbookhotel.com service, besides this is the first time I contracted its services. The Radisson Plaza Santiago Hotel is incredible.   I had my bag and passport stolen in Santiago in a restaurant and we went back to the hotel after we had checked out to get a copy of my passport. the staff were super helpful and helped to call round for cancelling my credit cards etc.....and also offered us all a free drink.
