Typical standard for IBIS hotel: the room are not spacious though quite and clean. The breakfast service is quite good. The location of hotel is perfect: excellent transport from/to airport as well to the Pacific coast (using Tour Bus company), close to city center and metro station. The staff is very helpful, no problem to arrange a taxi transportation to airport (early morning). I asked specifically for a room away from any cell towers and also that they give my sheets and towels an extra rinse and they performed excellently on both counts. Also, they were very good about my wake-up call and arranging a taxi for me to the airport. The man at the reception also spoke very good English so there was no problem with communication.

They cancelled our letsbookhotel.com listing and directly rebooked us more cheaply including breakfast. Great location at the bus station. Safe to arrive at midnight. Location and easy access to Metro. Unlimited internet was a plus. Communication with some staff was challenging but one staff Camila (sorry for possible wrong spelling) was outstanding with her co-operations in guiding and with almost anything. She was superb. The staff were very helpfull. It was all clean and tidy. I have stayed in many european Ibis hotels and it compared very well. Extremly well located ,easy to get from International airport via Tur Bus which is next door. Location near transportation Price Good front desk service. Location close to shops and transport, easy to get to. The staff were so helpful especially Felipe!. very close to the aiport and mall. Price, staff and reliable. It is just next to the bus station. The bus ticket to and from airport is very cheap but make sure it is on Tur Bus. The hotel is far from city and attractions but public transport is at hand. Also supermarkets and eating places. Free WiFi but not good reception in the room. Ideal for transit one night stay as direct bus from airport to Alameda and then next morning walk 50 metres to catch bus to Valparaiso. Not close to tourist spots so can not walk from here. No restaurants close only mall with fast fatty food. As a chain the room was what I expected. The check in service was good by the man on the desk although there was no record of my reservation through letsbookhotel.com, he had a room. Close to Buses station, transportation is good. Room is good, staff very friendly. Close to bus station. Clean, comfortable hotel. Pleasant staff. Not too far from airport for flight next morning. Good location for a stopover as you can catch the airport bus from directly behind the hotel. Easy to get on city buses and the metro. Lots of food in the area but nothing fancy. i like that every time i go to a IBIS Hotel, i know what i get. it's standards are all the same everywhere you go. i like that at IBIS i know what to get. all rooms are the same, same standards. Goood location very near the busterminal. Grubby floor in our passageway. Almost did not want us to let us in-did not even ask if we had a booking but said outright at door and at reception-no availability. Had to explain and had to almost force our through the security at the gate to the reception. 3rd bed did not have any blanket on first night but was provided one when requested and on the second night, it was made available. Room is very small for 3 people. Mean security guard at front. Only one staff member on duty which led to delays, organised transport was late. Only transport from hotel to airport, not both ways. Indicated snack available 24 hours but only peanuts and chips available at bar after 10.00 at night. the restaurant that close at 9:30pm. in a busy area. Very crowded and noisy outside. The staff in the restaurant were inattentive. There were problems using the computer in the lobby and one man wouldn't help while the helpful man when we checked in was dealing with an ever growing queue of people waiting to check in, so consequently I never got to use the computer. No family rooms so had to have two separate rooms. The anoucement in letsbookhotel.com anounces an airport shuttle service of the hotel. In fact this service does not exist really. The hotel has only an agreement with a taxi company and the staff is completely innefficient to call them. More than half an hour to have a taxi and leave the hotel so that I nearly missed my flight!. Tiny rooms, not real helpful staff. Did mention the rooms are tiny! Good for a night or two but not a long stay hotel. the room was a little dirty. room was dirty. Wi-Fi didn´t function at all nowhere. The staff told us very unfriendly that we should know that it at times it s difficult with WiFi in all hotels.´They have a guarantee that every problem should be solved in 15 minutes. Bull!!!! We have been living in many different hotels and usually Wifi functions very good. Only a few persons spoke English. I feel very bad that one night( almost 22:30) someone of the hotel (I don't know who is he and what happens), he opens my room with his key. And I shocked, yelled who is this? and he closes the door right away. But nobody of the hotel say sorry to me. they only say they didn't see anyone open my room in the camera, maybe it's a mistake. It's crazy. and I won't book in this hotel again.
