Great decor in the lobby, with large antique maps of the world and of Patagonia. Welcoming staff, with a welcoming drink awaiting us in the bar. Great location in the heart of Punta Arenas. Check in/out hassle free Staff friendly polite Quiet location Free parking. Very helpful in every detail. Hôtel très bien situé en centre ville, avec de grandes chambres, où tout est un peu désuet / Hotel is very well situated, right in the middle of the town center. Large rooms, but where everything (notably bedding !) is ... out dated.
