Staff were friendly. Hotel was excellent with a very comfortable, warm and extremely clean nature. Breakfast was of a high quality and the staff offered it before their normal hours if we were heading out early for the day. I think it was excellent and would definately reccomend it. We stayed here before and after our Torres del Paine trip. Staff was friendly and helpful in helping us find an atm, since we had just arrived in Chile. Also gave great advice about bus tickets and grocery shopping.
