When deciding on which room to have, I was asked if I wanted to see them and the chap was there within seconds, up to the 5th & 7th floors & back to reception in minutes. Excellently located, 5 mins' walk from city shops. Incredibly efficient!   Awesome staff. Very kind from check in to check out. - We liked how centrally located it was and that a suite ensured we could all stay in the same room together. We aslo really liked having a kitchen and being able to eat some meals especailly breakfast in the room.

  We were on an organized bike ride from Seattle to Vancouver so we had three bikes with lots of gear. It was tremendously convenient to be able to keep the bikes in storage. The bikes were tagged with tickets which added to our piece of mind that they were secure.   The location is great for exploring Vancouver. It's a short walk to Gastown, Chinatown, Canada Place and one block from Robson Street, with its many varied cafes and stores. From the airport, you simply take the Skytrain to Vancouver City Centre Station; it's a 10 minute walk to the Sandman along Georgia Street. I was travelling alone for the first time so felt really lonely and a bit scared, when I arrived at the hotel, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful! My room was cleaned daily and the cleaning staff again were very friendly, and were accommodating considering some days I didn't leave my room til 2pm! Would def stay there again! Close to the Main Street and within minutes of the sky train!!!
