  Loved concierge floor. Michael was tops, as was the chef and all staff. My sister got sick and they took amazing care of her. Breakfast and view was awesome. It's not cheap but worth every penny. Love the Le Labo toiletries, classy all the way.   The hotel exceeded our expectations on almost all counts. The service, the staff, the location , the hotel ambiance , the food, etc. all exceeded the high standards that we were looking for. We are on a month long holiday and this stay was our high point of the entire trip spanning cities such as New York , Las Vegas , San Francisco, Calgary , Ban... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ff, etc. Would look forward to be back here. - Stunning Hotel in every way. The staff were outstanding, incredibly helpful, professional and courteous. The concierge knew us by sight and greeted us each time by our names - fantastic touch! Room was fantastic for a young family and location is brilliant. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. 10 Stars!!!
