  From check in which was speedy, efficient and friendly to check out 3 days later we were very satisfied with this hotel. Beautiful surroundings, a touch of opulance throughout, and the sitting room with tv a bonus. We dined with friends in the Copper Chimney restaurant - excellent food and service.   The hotel is my favourite in Vancouver so far. The staff were friendly and helpful, the bar was very nice and had an open front to the street, the bed was very comfortable the wifi was free and fast, the room was clean and had everything I needed (including an iron). We had a cookie delivered to us with room service turning our bed down in the eve... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ning. We didn't have room service banging on our door at 08:00 and there were no complaints or phone calls when we were late leaving our room. Althoug - The space was luxurious The bed was extremely comfortable The housekeeping was exceptional with little unobtrusive touches When I returned to my room the bed was turned down a couple of cookies were set down on my night table the bedside lamps were turned on and the drapes were closed. It made you feel special, a home away from home
