  We stayed for a week in October, except for the rainy days everything else was close to perfect. Afterwards we stayed for 3 nights at Hyatt Regency and it really wasn't up to L'Hermitage standards, although more expensive. Great location, quiet and cosy, free internet in the library, wonderfuly decorated.   Staff up-graded us to larger room without asking. We requested and were given room high up, on 2nd subsequent stay, asked for room with alternate view and accommodated. WiFi worked well in room.   We were on an organized bike ride from Seattle to Vancouver so we had three bikes with lots of gear. It was tremendously convenient to be able to keep the bikes in storage. The bikes were tagged with tickets which added to our piece of mind that they were secure.   The hotel is beautiful and in a great central downtown location. Our room was perfect and clean, beds were very comfortable.The staff was fabulous, very attentive and friendly. The concierge goes out of their way to help with reservations, and any other request you could think of.   We were passing through Vancouver and the Hyatt was perfect for that. It was clean, comfortable and friendly. We'd stay there again if we were passing through Vancouver.   Staff was helpfull, we were first time visiters to Canada and they gave us great recomendations about where to eat, and what to do in bc. Wanted to say an extra special Thank You to Glen A. for taking such good care of us and helping us find great affordable eats and entertainment. My daughter and I had gone to a concert and the Rosedale is less than 2 blocks from the venue. Also, right next to all the shops on Robson, which my daughter really liked. When we arrived we learned that we had been upgraded to a one bedroom suite on the 18th floor, which was very nice and quiet. On site parking at a reasonable day rate is another plus. The hotel is very easy to get to as well - especially important for me as I am not from Vancouver and do not like driving

  All hotel employees at the reception desk and the concierge Albert have been very nice to us and they have offered an outstanding service to make our stay very much enjoyable. The rooms are very comfortable and well cleaned every day. Very cosy and comfy room. Perfect hotel location. The hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms were immaculate and I loved the Jacuzzi tub! We wished that we could have enjoyed the complimentary wine tasting, but time was not on our side so we had to miss it. We would definitely stay here again!

  Awesome staff. Very kind from check in to check out. - We liked how centrally located it was and that a suite ensured we could all stay in the same room together. We aslo really liked having a kitchen and being able to eat some meals especailly breakfast in the room.
