The very convenient location, right off the city hall metro stop, with buses on the main commercial street a block away, and plent of restaurants and cafes. We also appreciated the warm, welcoming atmosphere of this laid-back but professionally run inn. The breakfast is a great service, with house made croissants and the option of ordering other breakfast options. There seemed to be a number of repeat guests and I can certainly see why. Great place run by great folks.

She was so helpful and also she and the other staff cooked up a mean breakfast! Excellent service. The location of the Inn was very central and therefore easy to get around the city with the accessible bus lines. The guest rooms are lovely and quiet! The facility is in good condition, given how old the building is. My friend and I loved it!. The home was beautiful, location fantastic and the made to order breakfast was a real treat....coffee was delicious. The neighbourhood was great to explore, well kept older homes with large trees that canopied the streets. The hostesses were so accomodating and friendly, the home is beautifully kept and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to othera. Friendly couple who rent rooms in their house to others. Enjoyed my stay though I stayed very short. I was allowed to leave my car in the garage for a few hours after leaving the hotel. I like the international staff and guests and loved the location. I always appreciate a house with character, and this one has significant wooden trim and stained glass windows. The breakfasts are great! They are made to order and delicious. The location is very handy to the Skytrain and transit bus rioute. Lots of restaurants within a few block walk. The B&B was in a great location,convenient for the airport and downtown and is situated on a lovely residential street. Great breakfasts and very friendly staff. Quiet location in pleasant area of Vancouver, very close to train station, selection of places to eat within 10 minutes walk. Some off-street parking. Good selection of food at breakfast. Location. We shared a bathroom with one other room, which was just fine (bathroom was always clean). Those who prefer not to share should make sure to reserve the rooms with private bath. Not a thing!. The breakfast start time is a little late. It starts at 8 am. That is a little late if you need to get somewhere early. I stayed in two different bedrooms. The main floor room was great (good value). Basement room was a little small and dark (not great value). The room was quite small but it's typical of older character houses so it works okay. Room a bit cold No coffee / tea in the room. Veeeeery soft mattress, over eager breakfast Lady. prices beyond the B & B. Limited on-site parking was a concern, with little available local street parking. No facilities for making drinks in the room - had to go down two floors to make a cup of coffee. Was woken up at 6am by man in next room making phone calls. Could hear every word so guess the walls are pretty thin!. We staid in a room in the basement (James). This room is too small for two persons. It is very dark and even on a warm sunny day it was chilly. The rooms upstairs looked fine, but with a room in the basement we didn't get value for money ( in our opinion). There was no personal welcome when we arrived in the afternoon, just keys in an enveloppe and a note. There were hairs on the duvet and in the bathroom which did not belong to us.
