  Fabulous service. Attentive and helpful staff! When dessert I ordered to take to my room took longer than expected, they offered and brought it to my room! The General Manager was fabulous and introduced herself and chatted. This is a superior hotel!!! It added as much pleasure to my trip as the trip itself. When we came back to the states and I was stuck in hotels with pitiful servi - It was a very nice stay. For a not big amount of money we payed we got a good service, a nice clean room. I can rate it as 4 stars Hotel by looking at interior but for the service I rate it as 5 stars. Pet friendly!!!! Very nice service of conserge. I had a very pleasant time to stay there!

  Everything. The staff was amazing, the hotel was beatuiful, immaculate, perfectly located. The room was huge and I could not believe the value for what we paid. I wish there was a Hotel du Fort in every city! I have literally never encountered a nicer staff. It was easy to get to from the airport and was very close to downtown. We walked everywhere from the hotel and found the staff very helpful when we asked for directions.   This was a great hotel. I was upgraded to one of the deluxe suites when I arrived. The hotel is quiet, well appointed and the staff were very helpful. I was even able to get a late check-out.   The Front desk attendee was exceptionally nice and accomodating. I was on the 31st floor and never had to wait for an elevator. Everything was clean. The location is excellent. This is one of my go-to hotels in Montreal. - The location was excellent, the facilities, the room, the view.

Great value for money, and I have already recommended it to someone.   lovely room!!! so spacious. Great breakfast, lots of choices, lots of healthy options which you don't always find on the road! Location was great for us - good neighbourhood and easy to get to where we wanted to go. Front desk staff was super. free wifi. - Front desk service for check in and check out...our guy was great !
