  I had a great experience. The suite was spotless, well equipped, and could have fit my entire family - I regret that I was alone and only spending the night. Great deal. All of the front desk staff were personable and helpful, and readily directed me to places I needed to go. It was so nice to be able to have a good nights sleep, get up and walk to my appt and not gave to worry about parking. The staff was excellent. The room was clean.

  Close to Jasper but felt out in the country. Nice location on the river. Very cozy cottage with nice gas fireplace and kitchenette. Also, we had a schedule change and had to cancel 1 night and change nights stayed. They were very accommodating and although we cancelled less than the 72 hours policy, we were only charged for 1 night and not two. Natural setting, river close by, elk grazing as I got out of car to check into the office. Peaceful and little noise from traffic nearby. Highly recommend this area and the Pine Bungalows.   The design of this accommodation was great. We travelled with an adult child and his partner so the bedrooms separated by bathroom and kitchen area was ideal. Everything required was supplied and included some cereal and energy bars. Lovely view from balcony. Separate bedroom, kitchen, coich, fireplace. We loved it and highly recommend it. 2 minute drive to Lake Louise. Stayed 2 nights but next time plan to stay a week.
