The hotel is very nice and well located! People working there is very
nice. You have to ask for new rooms. When we got there they gave us the
key of an old one and it was awfull. No fridge, old tv'S... So we
asked for an upgrade. Then the room was much nicer, but we had to pay
extra money fot that. It looks like 2 different hotels, you have to ask
for the new part.

Five of us stayed in a two-bedroomed suite, overnighting between landing at the airport and picking up a motorhome. This was the best hotel experience of our Canadian holiday; not the swankiest, not the best located, not the most elegant, but by far the most hospitable. Early check-in? No problem. The staff were excellent, especially the young man on reception who checked us in. He was so helpful, courteous and good humoured. Nothing was too much trouble, he is an absolute credit to the company.
Our room was very comfortable and clean with everything you could want for a comfortable stay.
Shuttle service was excellent.
Restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.
Breakfast was very good, many choices and plentiful.

The rooms were a nice size and very clean as well. We ate in the restaurant, breakfast buffet and it was fabulous. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and this hotel.

we went to calgary to watch the rihana concert, it was withing walking distance and close to everything we needed. for the price it was very nice. we were quite impressed. even having parking for us made it easy once we got to calgary so we were not looking for a place to park every time we went out.

Having a Starbucks in the hotel is the main reason I stay. Good to have a decent coffee shop.

We stayed in the new addition - the beds were very comfortable; the room layout was excellent - having the fridge and microwave separated by a wall with a window that let natural light into a corner that otherwise could have been very dark; glassware and pottery mugs were provided instead of plastic; the breakfast provided was better than expected - not just day old muffins and apples; the wait staff in the restaurant were very friendly.
