When I first read the on-line guests reviews, I have to admitt that I was a bit worried to reach there. I was instead pleasantly surprised. Very modern lobby, clean and large room, bed very comfortable. We could hear a bit the noise from the Laurier Boulevard but it will stop during the night. The staff members were fantastic. They attended to you whenever requested. The views in the rooms are excellent. The pool and workout room were incredible. It is a very trendy hotel and a great price. The room service was not expensive and was great. - The most beautiful and comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in.

What is there to say about the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac. The place is pure luxury and is a tourist attraction in it's own right!!!
Of course you pay for the privilege of staying there but l had to do it once and now l have every intention of doing it again. Staff are magnificent....they should all take a bow!!

I do not have one negative thing to say about the stay and the staff were very friendly and after a long night of travelling accomodated us immediately with a room, which was a very pleasant surprise.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful to us regarding the city bus route to take into the city. The bus took 25 minutes and ran so frequently that there was never a long wait.
The staff graciously spoke English with us, since our French is minimal.

The rooms had balconies which I love...being a bit claustrophobic, I don't like places where you can't even open a window, so a balcony was a treat...just sit out, enjoy a glass of wine and take in some fresh air and whatever view you have. (we could see the mountains in the distance)

Exceptional staff. I had issues with my Visa card and front desk spent 2 hours trying to help me . And always with a smile , very personal and humane.
We stayed the first week of August, so we were able to use a pool too. Nice , clean and entertaining for kids .

We like the location next to the restaurants of the Grande Allée, walking distance from the old Québec. We like the standard room which was spacious enough for us. The bed was super confortable. The bathroom was big too.
