  I was worried by some of the recent reviews, but my room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is typical for a hotel continental breakfast.   The first thing that I noticed was that the staff was very friendly to everyone. The rooms seemed very clean. The verandas looking over to the pool was fantastic. The pool area was very enjoyable specially when the birds were singing. I also liked seeing a guard walking by at night. My daughter and I stayed over March Break and had a fantastic time. All the staff were very friendly and courteous and even went as far as to assist me when asking about another hotel guest whom I met (Manhattan Steve) who I never got to say good by to, would have been nice to stayed in touch with :( Fabulous Place !!   The location was excellent! It was near the highway and a very short drive from Old Quebec City and Montmerency Falls. The staff were extremely helpful and answered all my questions with ease. They provided maps on how to get somewhere and then back to the hotel. That does not happen very often. The Hotel is situated about 15 minutes by car to the Old City of Quebec and there is plenty of parking available at a cost of $15 for the whole day.
