  The first thing that I noticed was that the staff was very friendly to everyone. The rooms seemed very clean. The verandas looking over to the pool was fantastic. The pool area was very enjoyable specially when the birds were singing. I also liked seeing a guard walking by at night. I really loved the stay and my friends and I talked about going b... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ack. I also recommended to other people. - I highly recommend Ambassadeur Suites as a choice of stay. My daughter and I stayed over March Break and had a fantastic time. All the staff were very friendly and courteous and even went as far as to assist me when asking about another hotel guest whom I met (Manhattan Steve) who I never got to say good by to, would have been nice to stayed in touch with :( Fabulous Place !!   What is there to say about the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac. The place is pure luxury and is a tourist attraction in it's own right!!! Of course you pay for the privilege of staying there but l had to do it once and now l have every intention of doing it again. Staff are magnificent....they should all take a bow!! LOVED this! Would have stayed elsewhere if you had not had it. water and fruit at pool nice shampoos beautiful room

  We had the double bed room, which included a bar fridge and coffee maker. It was fairly small since it was just the one bed, but still enough for the both of us - especially considering it was only 50$ per night. The breakfast was good, a typical continental breakfast.   The hotel isn't too big, so we felt everything had a personal touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and although they all speak English, they appreciated our (very poor) attempts at French.We ate often in the Saint James, and enjoyed the food and atmosphere there, as well as the friendly and efficient staff. I tend to rely on other visitor comments and found them to be very helpful.   The Chateau Laurier is a lovely clean hotel and very close to the Old City. The room was nice and roomy and the staff were excellent, polite and helpful. This hotel would be perfect for those traveling with children. We had a great stay!

  Exceptional staff. I had issues with my Visa card and front desk spent 2 hours trying to help me . And always with a smile , very personal and humane. We stayed the first week of August, so we were able to use a pool too. Nice , clean and entertaining for kids . Very clean rooms. Highly recommend . We had really good time .
