  The staff was always pleasant & helpful. The room we had booked was small..we upgraded To a Jr suite. Nice cooking area with a large bath. Bus line a block away, with great service. An overall good experience. We had stayed at the Hotel Du Nord in Dijon, Fr Sept 2012.   The Chateau Laurier is a lovely clean hotel and very close to the Old City. The room was nice and roomy and the staff were excellent, polite and helpful. This hotel would be perfect for those traveling with children. We had a great stay!

  We liked everything about the hotel except the location. It wasadvertised as being near the town center. Since we are walkers, wethought we would be able to walk to the tourist areas we wanted tovisit.
