  After reading a few bad reviews we were a little hesitant about staying here. As soon as we got there our fears vanished. The property was well kept, the woman at the front desk was very friendly and the room itself was very clean. The Plasma TV, micro wave and air conditioner all worked fine. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyo - The staff are extremely helpful. Sam & Sunny made good friends with our young boys. the room was wide enough & cosy. Cleaning was adequate. it's 7 min walk from the falls & 10 min from dinning area. tim horton is 3 min away. our children really enjoyed the place & every one was very very friendly. it is very safe & have a familial atmosphere. free parking was a great advantage.

  This establishment is owned by people who understand the meaning of cleanliness and customer satisfaction and do their utmost to follow it through. Free car parking. Friends went to a hotel on the falls and the room was no cleaner than ours and they paid 3 times the amount we did. We were located right at the heart of the action, just a couple of minutes walk away from Clifton Hill where all the action is happening ! No cab or bus necessary, everything is at a walking distance. Staff was very nice to us and we would for sure consider going back there if we travel back to Niagara. Thanks a lot !

  The rooms were all in the process of being up dated, new beds, new carpet, new paint. I also loved the fact that out side of each room there were two moon chairs and a butt can for smokers. The pool was nice, surprised that is had a 9' deep end. It was quiet, but not so far away from the Falls. We could enter the room already a lot earlier than we should according to our confirmation. Well situated next to a bus stop, so you needn´t go by car to the falls. My children liked the the small pool very much to hop into after visiting the falls. Good ratio of price and comfort. Clean.
