  The location was excellent and for the price it was good value. Staff was friendly. Nice outside grounds. My personal experience was better than some reviews I had read. There may be some rooms that have problems but not the one that I stayed in. I have been to Niagara Falls many times but aside for friendly hotel service, they gave us a great tip for where to park (saved quite a bit here) and eat (new dining experience). The rooms were large and the bed matresses were very comfortable. We all had a good sleep. 42&Quot; Flat screen tv. Great for a budget hotel.
