  We arrived fairly late and had a bite to eat and a drink in the pub downstairs. Very friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Beds very comfortable and quiet during the night. We had been concerned about city noise but was very peaceful! Restaurant for breakfast was wonderful. Great food, service, price and decor Was just a night stay, but woul... mitä ihmiset sanovat » d definitely stay there again and have recommended the restaurant to my family fwho live in Victoria. - I really liked how they stored my suitcase before check in so I could do my work and same thing after I checked out. I didn't have to pack my luggage to a business meeting. Also the convenience of the location being right downtown Victoria almost next to the museum and archives was a tremendous bonus. I liked how they put me in a room on the 14th floor which gave me the best views ever.

  One of the highlights of our trip. The house is incredible, the rooms were extremely comfortable, the hosts were outstanding, and the breakfasts were to die for. Warren and Gary were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and their breakfasts were truly memorable (though at least one day it left me wanting to go back to bed for a nap!) The location is great too - on a quiet residential stree - Where do we start, it was an over the to experience. Loved the atmosphere, the wonderful personalities of Gary and Warren, particularly loved Mindy, just all around loved our time there, like being in a Country Cottage, only complaint was the people to the side of us the last night, very noisy throughout the night but then, that is not a big deal.   We had a corner room with two windows and a balcony overlooking the inner harbor. The room was lovely with plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. The staff was also helpful and friendly. And the location -- harborside -- was perfect. A short walk along the water takes you into town, or you could ask the concierge for a complimentary ride.
