  The staff members were fantastic. They attended to you whenever requested. The views in the rooms are excellent. The pool and workout room were incredible. It is a very trendy hotel and a great price. The room service was not expensive and was great. - The most beautiful and comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in.

  Exceptional staff. I had issues with my Visa card and front desk spent 2 hours trying to help me . And always with a smile , very personal and humane. We stayed the first week of August, so we were able to use a pool too. Nice , clean and entertaining for kids . Very clean rooms. Highly recommend . We had really good time .   The Chateau Laurier is a lovely clean hotel and very close to the Old City. The room was nice and roomy and the staff were excellent, polite and helpful. This hotel would be perfect for those traveling with children. We had a great stay!
