The breakfast was amazing for continental with lots of choices; Do it yourself waffles, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, pastries and even boiled eggs. It was great because we were in a tournament so had to eat early.. King size bed was comfy and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Owner was very friendly and helpful with information on the area Really enjoyed the gym. Breakfast was nice, had a lot to offer. Most was recently renovated. The pool was great too. Used the hotel as an overnight stop but would happily stay a few days.

The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, lots of smiles which is infectious. The hot tub was nice after a hard hitting game of roller derby!. The breakfast (free) was exceptional and a person could eat as much as they wanted. Even in 30 degrees summer weather they had fresh waffles. Value of our stay was great, housekeeping was great, the cleanness was great. I do have allergies to dust, etc, i slept in comfort. Location to highway is great for easy in and out of town. Continental breakfast was ok. Nice to have if you want it. The bed was very comfortable and the room modern and clean. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff very friendly. Close to shopping and dining. Near the highway but not close enough to be noisy. Easy to find, lots of parking, clean, good breakfast, quiet air conditioner. The consistent service and value I receive when staying there. Easy in , Easy out Adequate for what I needed. the price and fantastic breakfast. A friendly and comfortable stay. Has a spacious breakfast room and good selection of food. Found the rooms to be somewhat sound proof, didn't hear to much in hallways from other patrons. Staff was very warm and friendly. easy access from the hwy, budget friendly. Decent room and decent breakfast. It was close to the highway. Location to Costco. Location. New 42 inch flat screen tv. Breakfast is fair. Halls smelt a little like cigarette but the room was fine. The halls n rooms are about to be renovated which will help the hallways stop smelling. But they aren't bad, it was only just a little n the room was fine so I don't know why everyone was complaining. No complaints ...I would happily stay there again ..and I will recommend it to any of my friends who are travelling through or to Kamloops. When booking in, computer showed we had only booked one room through letsbookhotel.com, when in fact there were two rooms. There were more rooms available so it was easily fixed. There isn't anything I can say I didn't like. Staff were respectful and helpful. The reception staff, wasn't very helpful with directions, just pointed n said go there,. Pillows were terrible. I could have probably bought as good a quality at a dollar store. Tub doesn't drain, maybe they should clean the hair out of the drain. No ice bucket in room, none available. Everything including the TV/Cable was unplugged. Toilet loose on the floor and rocked. Nothing jumps out at me so really have no significant comment. nothing. Would appreciate fruit with the continental breakfast. Beds could have been a bit softer. Original contact person didn't seem very interested in our stay - but all other staff were very friendly. Smoking outside the doors... only 1 bed no microwave in the room. Our room had gum and other stuff stuck to the wall behind bathroom door, popcorn and other dirt along the bottom of the bed. I like when a room is cleaned throughly rather than roughly. Hot tub was only warm not hot. Ring around the bathtub, no local phone book in room. The desk clerk was very vague as to where our room was and where we might park and enter the building. Has management ever slept on those pillows? The room had an unpleasant smell. The so called breakfast was bad they were out of yogurt , boiled eggs. The people that watch what they are eating health wise you did not accommodate not very happy. Not very clean. lighting was poor. The room we were in smelled. Poor service at time of check-in, raised the price of stay more than originally booked. The desk staff told us that we didn't have to stay if we didn't want to. He could charge more for the next customer, because there was shortage of accommodation in the area. I don't know if it was because my fiancé and I were riding a motorcycle and had tattoos but we were treated like garbage by the staff in this hotel. My fiancé asked for a cot for my sister in-law's son and the gentleman working the front counter was extremely rude to him. the same man was the one working when we checked in and was very rude to us then as well. Extremely unimpressed with the service. Desk clerk disputed the rate quoted by booking saying it was too low. He accepted it after I produced my copy of your confirmation. He was not happy. Bed blankets were badly soiled.
