Our two-bedroom suite was modern, beautiful and well-furnished with everything we needed. We made good use of the pools and the hot tubs and enjoyed the serenity of the mountain view from one of our balconies. The resort afforded a peaceful, luxurious getaway from the daily grind. Lots to do nearby. Hot springs, quaint shops, mountains, and two well-stocked grocery stores. Great vacation spot!.

The 3 Hot tubs and 2 pools are excellent and are a great place to unwind after a fun filled day Golfing at one of the many world class golf courses. The room I had was perfect for 2. It also had a nice view and the room was equipped with all the right comforts for a great stay a true 4 star trying to be a 5. Beatifully designed rooms that are very comfortable at the same time, cleanliness, fantastic staff, location, scenery, activities and aminities. This was our second stay within seven months and we will definitely go back. The Resort exceeded our expectations in everything except cleanliness. The rooms were very attractive and functional. All the amenities , indoor and outdoor pools, view, dining and staff friendliness.. Very helpful staff - great resort with everything to hand - golf, pools, spa.... Rooms very well appointed (though a nightstand both sides of the bed would be appreciated!) Good value for money! :). Everything! Awesome resort that had everything. The bed was awesome best sleep ever.Parking Stalls huge no door dings.Staff was friendly and room clean.Non smoking was the best! We will return!. Loved everything about it. Rooms are beautiful, clean and quiet. The hotel was full the night we were there and we never heard our neighbors. Most hotels everything comes thru the walls. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the great service and hospitality given by the staff at Copper Point Resort. I will definitely be booking another stay in the near future. Thanks again. Although I thought the rooms were a bit small, I felt that they were very elegant and luxurious. I really liked the exercise facilities and the outdoor hot tubs. loved the resort itself. the condo style set up is beautiful, comfortable and fabulous bedding. enjoyed the use of the balcony barbecue. Shower -amazing. We had a slight mix up with our room, staff quickly fixed the problem. The food and bar staff were great, as was the quality of food,. It was the best place we have ever stayed. The pools and hot tubs were so great we didn't feel the need to go to Radium Hot Springs. Loved the indoor & outdoor pools and hot tubs Enjoyed the Golf Course view Always like having a restaurant within the hotel. Wonderfull views from almost any room. Clean comfortable rooms that don't look "cheap" Guest services are friendly. The staff, the room, the facility, the surroundings, the views, how accommodating they were, the hottub and pool. This is our 3rd visit we love the location and the beautiful view. We also love the washer and dryer. The meal we had in the Dinning Room on April 7th was suburb ... our server (Sara was exceptional!). The one bedroom suite. Originally booked standard room was too small and sparse. No in room safe. We loved our two bedroom appartement, contemporary designed, with a tv in the bathroom mirror. The rooms were absolutely beautiful ! There service we received here was unbeatable !. We like everything, the place was amazing, beautiful, confy, except for the matress. Relatively new and clean facilities. Nice open views out the patio / balcony. The staff are wonderful . The food is top notch. Location is perfect . The room options which were great for families, pool area was awesome. rooms were great pool and outdoor hot tub very nice bed was the best. Clean place - great staff. Amenities were well maintained. Esthetically well designed and CLEAN Excellent price value. Room was high quality. The staff was extremely friendly. The amenities were great, the room was beautiful and we loved the upgrade!. The property was very pleasant with attractive restaurant and bar. A couple of little annoyances: We found the electrical sockets a bit stiff and tricky to use unless you jiggled the plug around for a while. Also, in the sinks, we had to run the water for a long time before it got hot enough. The lack of cleaning staff working while we were there. The staff that were working did do there best . Mostly a house cleaning problem lack of clean towels hallways not cleaned etc. etc. I can't really think of one thing that I don't like about the Copper Point Resort. We complained about the room cleanliness and they sent someone over to rectify it. They did a hasty clean which made it acceptable. Restaurant needed more vegetarian options and definitely a better selection of breakfast choices. From previous comments seems the restaurant is this hotel's weakness - however it does seem to have improved a little - just need better options!. The room had no light at the coffee maker microwave sink station. The pizza we ordered for our room was lacking toppings and the crust was not cooked. Nothing. The only complaint I would have was that I thought our room needed a bit more lighting over the bed. Also, I like to have a glass of water by my side at night, and we only had one bedside table. restaurant was quite pricey - so did not eat there. no room service offer. store to buy chips $6 -rip off!. I don't have a single thing I didn't like. It was phenomenal. Room was small with little space to open your suitcase I wasn't pleased about the assistance I got to try and locate my prescription reading glasses, which I left behind in the room. I drove back and no one could assist me, I called the 1-800 number and talked with at least three different staff members one three different occasions, who all assured me they would check and call me back, but not one of them did!. No guest access to a computer. Lack of selection at Elements. This is our first visit to Elements Grill although the food was good the delay was very long. We had two young children with us and the wait for our food was over an hour!. The two front desk staff we encountered were less than exceptional ... looked bored and annoyed ... felt like we were bothering them. Our 2nd floor 1 bedroom overlooked staff parking. Better landscaping would have screened it out while maintaining the mountain view. Speed of checkout, the lady, who was very friendly, took a long time. The matress was to hard. It had a hole on both sizes on the bed. Not a negative, but that dinner reservations are highly recommended. We ended up eating in the lounge. Food was average. Wi-Fi strength is weak at hallway end rooms. The beds are a little hard. The maid service for re doing the room was lack luster . Found it interesting that there is no humidification , so was extremely dry, to the point of discomfort. The menu and the length of time required to eat in "Elements" restaurant. We were just over 2 hours to order, eat and finish. We had a 4 & 6 year old which at best provides for 45 minutes. The place was just under half full including the patio and the service was awful, I think they were understaffed for a long weekend. The food (regular menu) was below average for this price point, our server mentioned they were training new staff hence the issues with it?. no bathtub no dvd or connection to hook up your own player or memory stick to the TVs. Room 410B. Why would an architect design a structure that has some rooms narrowing to 4 feet by the balcony?. Nothing. Weak WiFi in the Room at 4th Floor. No dislikes. - Small room - Door to adjoining suite causes lots of noise to be transmitted into the smaller room. The rooms were not very sound proof and you can hear everything from rooms above you. Arrived at noon. Room was not ready until 4:45PM. Not being able to lower blind to original, and finding water on the floor from the missing half of shower door seal. Nothing it was perfect!. No Pay per view movie channels and beds were not comfortable. Bed, it was too hard. The errors on my hill, slow service in the restaurant. staff NOT friendly...one gentleman was great out of all of your staff service in restaurant was HORRIBLE - slow slow slowwwww. Bedding was pilled not comfortable should be replaced. No room service till summer season. We were looking for a romantic weekend away from the big city and it did not deliver. We stayed in a B suite. Bath tub was small and could not accommodate two people. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told that there were no suites with jet tubs or tubs for two. Very disappointing. They didn't clean our room until nearly 7pm on Saturday. We found our room most disappointing. Extremely small and cramped, unlike the picture on the confirmation. There was barely room on the deck for the two chairs and small table. Poor lighting in the bathroom.
