  The staff were very friendly and went beyond the service they needed to provide us with to make our stay very special. The two dinners we ate in the hotel restaurants were excellent.   This is a hotel we have always enjoyed. The location next to Whitemud Freeway and on the Gateway Blvd means access to Edmonton in minutes.The hotel has an ambience that is relaxed yet formal enough. Excellent staff and service.   Very nice hotel right in the heart of Edmonton, the chop restaraunt was very good, with very friendly staff, all in all, pleasant stay, would recommend to others, thanks for keeping a clean hotel. - View from 24th floor is amazing. Small rooms but very cozy and clean.
