Sary is a very good, friendly and helpful host. The Deluxe-room has a big balcony - great for a last drink. Here you are in the middle of the heart of phnom penh, just 2min from Riverside. Tasty food in the small cafe. Nice location between Central market, River, Wat Pnom and Royal Palace, all in 3-10 mins walk. Restaurant/Bar at ground floor with good khmer cuisine. Lovely spacious balcony. Helpful staff.
