The staff was very friendly and looking to help.
The room was not so big, but clean and with everything you need in it. Bed changed twice in 6 days, garbage taken every day.

I struggle to find anything bad to say about this hotel. It was clean and the rooms were clean on arrival and cleaned everyday. All queries dealt with and service was prompt. Location is not far from main strip and would estimate as a 10 minute walk.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean (aircon in every room and a kitchenette). The complex is only 5 min walk from the beach. Plenty of space arround the pools too. The food was fresh and tasty.
The beach is very close if to use the short road approximately 4-5 minutes walking.
Overall we are satisfied with our stay at Karlovo Hotel and will definitely reccomend it.
